Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
At Clear Century Products, diversity isn’t a corporate initiative — it’s part of our DNA. It stems from our belief that the most effective teams, the most innovative solutions, and the most impactful products come from people who see the world through different lenses.
In recent times, DEI has come under fire due to the wrong people weaponizing it with the wrong intentions. This hurts those who it helps. While this state of affairs creates a sensitive number of elements, we are not one of the companies who are shying away from it, but leaning in further to find a solution that loudly spells out the company’s values and intentions, while creating an environment to help continuing to be a part of the solution in society.
We are committed to building and maintaining a company culture that is welcoming, inclusive, and empowering to people of all backgrounds. We actively promote an environment where individuals of every race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, socioeconomic status, religious background, and lived experience can contribute fully and thrive.
Inclusion in Action
Diversity doesn’t stop at hiring. It shows up in how we:
- Partner with suppliers and vendors from underrepresented communities
- Evaluate product partners and brand relationships with an equity-focused lens
- Include voices from multiple communities when developing and marketing our products
- Encourage open dialogue and listen actively to team member feedback
- Design internal pathways for advancement, training, and leadership across all levels of the company
We know that real inclusion isn’t performative — it’s systemic. So, we hold ourselves accountable by constantly evaluating where we’re falling short, challenging our assumptions, and investing in tangible programs that ensure access, equity, and representation aren’t optional — they’re expected.
Supporting the Ecosystem
Beyond our four walls, Clear Century works to uplift the broader ecosystem we operate in. That includes:
- Collaborating with mission-aligned nonprofits and community initiatives
- Offering mentorship and growth opportunities to first-generation professionals and emerging entrepreneurs
- Allocating resources and grants for small businesses led by women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled founders
- Advocating for industry-wide change to make consumer goods more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable for all
Inclusion isn’t just a value — it’s a responsibility. And we bring it with us into every decision, every relationship, and every opportunity.
