Product Development & Submissions

Q: Can I pitch a product or concept to Clear Century?
A: We’re always open to innovation — but please note that unsolicited product submissions are not guaranteed a response. If you have a product or concept you believe aligns with our values and portfolio, you may email a short overview to hello@clearcentury.com.

If there’s interest or alignment, a team member will reach out. Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive materials without a formal NDA in place.

Orders, Returns & Payments

Q: What are your return policies for wholesale or B2B orders?
A: All B2B and wholesale orders are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We do not accept returns on bulk, custom, or private-label purchases unless the product is defective or materially non-conforming.

Q: What are your payment terms for large or custom orders?
A: Orders over $2,500 or any custom/private label production require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due prior to shipment unless alternate terms are pre-approved in writing.

Q: Do you offer credit terms or net payment schedules?
A: Limited net terms may be available for qualified, repeat partners with a signed agreement and approved credit references. Please inquire with our finance team for evaluation.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Q: How quickly can you ship wholesale orders?
A: Standard lead times for wholesale or custom orders vary by product and volume. Most non-custom bulk orders ship within 7–10 business days. For time-sensitive opportunities, reach out to hello@clearcentury.com to confirm availability.

Q: Do you offer dropshipping or EDI integration?
A: We support B2B logistics with case-pack fulfillment, distribution center routing, and manual dropshipping where needed. EDI and ERP integrations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Partnerships & Collaboration

Q: I’m a brand, supplier, or distributor. How do I start working with you?
A: For most SMBs and emerging vendors, the best way to initiate a relationship is through our Affiliate Program (linked in our site footer). This lets us start building trust through real business while evaluating deeper potential over time.

Q: Do you accept outside investment or acquisition proposals?
A: At this time, we’ve filled our acquisition/investment slate for the year and are not reviewing unsolicited proposals. We appreciate your understanding.

Customization & Private Label

Q: Can you support white-label or custom product runs?
A: Yes. For qualified partners, we offer custom packaging, co-branding, and private label production across select SKUs. Minimums apply and terms must be contractually agreed.

Veteran & Values-Based Business

Q: Do you prioritize veteran-owned companies or causes?
A: Yes. Clear Century Products is veteran-owned and operated. We actively prioritize working with veterans, disabled veterans, and their families wherever feasible — in hiring, supply partnerships, and charitable alignment.
