This Code reflects our commitment to integrity, transparency, accountability, and mutual respect across every part of our organization and every relationship we maintain.

We are committed to fostering a workplace culture built on mutual respect, dignity, and professionalism. Every team member, partner, customer, and stakeholder deserves to be treated fairly and without bias. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that undermines a respectful and inclusive environment.
Integrity and Accountability
We conduct business honestly and ethically. Every individual at Clear Century is expected to:
- Honor their commitments
- Speak truthfully and transparently
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Follow all applicable laws and internal policies
- Take responsibility for their actions
Misconduct or unethical behavior — whether in business dealings, operations, or interpersonal relationships — will be addressed promptly and seriously.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Clear Century Products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — including those in Colorado and California where we are based and operate. We also require our vendors, contractors, and partners to act in accordance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
Upholding the Code
This Code applies to all Clear Century team members, officers, contractors, and partners. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination or legal recourse.
We hold ourselves accountable not just for what we achieve, but for how we achieve it — and this Code ensures that we remain a company defined by trust, character, and purpose.
